I suppose there is a little bit of truth in everything we say, but we can also assume that there are limitations as well. So what then forms the ultimate reality which reason, reasons to be true? The whole idea seems so elusive, even from thought. Two-level Utilitarianism and Kant’s Duty Ethics, seem to have potential to create a good basis for morality if synthesized, but again this is my subjective opinion and I can accept the differing views on this subject. Well I think ’This Guy‘ brings up some good points, I personally do agree with him and feel that he can in many ways express my views or most of them in a much more concise and to the point type of way.
You mention the deeds which, not so noble, did cause great harm to that which I love. I am reminded of the thing that I used to be, but look at me now and you’ll see a tamer side of me. Do not worry this isn’t an act, there are no curtains that shall fall indicating my withdrawl from this current state. Although there may be no “movie script ending“, there is sure to exist this reality that we make and shape as we please. So the art of pottery, our lives just clay, shall shape the future into whatever we embrace. Take your hands place them on this clay, i’ll put mine over yours, and suddenly you’ll see how quickly this will turn out to be the life that was meant to be. I can assure you that i’ve been true to this, so trust in me and remind me instead of what we shall be.
